How do I enroll?
Enrollment is easy. All you need is a valid prescription for ARIMIDEX and to complete the online enrollment process. During enrollment, you'll be directed to send your prescription to ARIMIDEX Direct. (The mailing address will be provided.) Or you can ask your doctor to fax your prescription to 877-283-9172.
Who is eligible for ARIMIDEX Direct?
Patients with a prescription for brand-name ARIMIDEX are eligible for ARIMIDEX Direct. (Not valid for prescriptions purchased under Medicaid or similar medical assistance programs.)
What if I'm taking generic anastrozole now?
You are eligible for ARIMIDEX Direct whether you are new to treatment or currently taking generic anastrozole. (Not valid for prescriptions purchased under Medicaid or similar state or federally funded medical assistance programs.)
How will I receive my ARIMIDEX?
Your 30-day supply of ARIMIDEX will be filled by Eagle Pharmacy, a trusted partner of ARIMIDEX Direct, and shipped directly to your home within 7-10 business days. There is no cost for shipping. However, taxes may apply.
How much will my ARIMIDEX cost?
You will pay $40 for a 30 tablets, or $120 for 90 tablets
I am covered by Medicare. How much will my ARIMIDEX cost?
If you have Medicare Part D insurance coverage, you will pay $40 for a 30-day supply. Note: Medicare Part D prescription orders will be processed without the use of insurance and cannot be applied to true out-of-pocket (TrOOP) costs.

Can I order a 90-day supply?
If you have a valid 90-day prescription, you may request to receive a 3-month supply by calling ARIMIDEX Direct Customer Service at 855-748-2655. The cost will be 3 times the cost of your 30-day supply, $120.
